Advertising
ASASH reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any Advertising from our properties for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any advertising together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal. We also reserve the right to determine the appropriate placement of advertising in our properties.
It is the advertiser's responsibility to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of regulatory bodies. This includes pharmaceutical advertising to physicians and consumers that must comply with FDA guidelines for Direct-to-Physician (DTP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising. We will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, we reserve the right to review all advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and, if we become aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines, we may remove the advertising.
Inclusion of any advertisement or linked Web site on NueLife.com does not imply approval or endorsement of the advertised company or linked Web site by NueLife. When these advertisers or third-party sites are accessed, the policies of the advertiser or third-party site should be read. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or third-party applications that are posted on or through NueLife, nor are we responsible for the goods or services provided by its advertisers.
ASASH maintains a separation between advertising content and editorial content. All advertising content in our properties is clearly labeled as an advertisement, and sponsored areas of our sites are also labeled as such, with the sponsoring organizations identified.
No advertising will be allowed in ASASH system properties that could injure the good name or reputation of the company, the NueLife brand, or the individual sites or properties.

Content provided in ASASH products and services is not intended to provide medical care. For specific medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment, we always counsel that a doctor or health care provider be consulted. Information in our consumer properties is for educational purposes only.
To ensure that content in NueLife.com and NueLife™ Journal is objective, accurate, and current in the medical information it provides, these properties go through an editorial process that includes thorough quality reviews by health care professionals. The properties are designed to provide educational health information for adults 55+ and the general public. Our goal is to ensure that this information is reliable and easy to read, understand, and access.
ASASH’s health information and content is intended to provide users with a better understanding of health issues concerning adults 55+. It is not designed to direct users or members to particular products or services. At no time in the content development is there any influence by or interaction with the sponsors or advertisers of our sites and journals unless otherwise indicated.
Content is determined by the ASASH Editorial Advisory Board and ASASH staff. Topics are also generated in response to the interests and requests of our users and members.
Our goal is to ensure that our content is as accurate and as clear as possible. To that end, ASASH staff reviews all comments from users about the content, including suggestions for improvements and corrections. After an editorial review, changes that improve understanding and/or accuracy are made as quickly as possible.

Privacy
At ASASH, we take a “full-disclosure” approach to our Privacy Policy. We want people to understand fully our practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information that they may provide in the course of interacting with us. Our sites and print publications are intended for use by residents of the United States and should not be used by persons under the age of 18.
Information Our Users Provide
Some areas of our sites site may ask for personally identifiable information in order for users to benefit from the specified features (such as newsletter subscriptions or order processing) or to participate in a particular activity (such as promotions). We are clear in communicating which information is required and which information is optional.
